Returns :

If you receive your order and you are unhappy with your products for any reason (excludes sales, clearance and promotional items), we'll be happy to help you with a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase.

Before you return your item/s, please make sure they are :

1. In the same condition they were in when you received them and saleable.

2. Not worn, washed or altered, have their original swing tags attached and are still in their original packaging.

If your items are not received by us adhering to the above, then we may refuse your return. You must always have a valid proof of purchase from us (by way of original purchase email + order number).

Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the products received were faulty whereby the North Team will check the products with you and if deemed faulty we will organise free postage return of faulty products and we will ship you a replacement. We strongly advise that a shipping method that includes tracking is used, as we are unable to be held responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit.
